Clause 1

General Terms and Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the user ("You") and Winbox8 ("Platform", "We"). This document governs the use of all services provided through the official Winbox8 website, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, esports betting, boxing betting and all related activities available on the platform.

By registering an account or using any Winbox8 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game guidelines published from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the Winbox8 platform or services. Winbox8 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these terms at any time with appropriate notice to registered users.

Clause 2

Account Registration and Management

To access Winbox8 services in full, you need to register a valid account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your full name as per your identity card (MyKad), an active mobile phone number and a valid email address.

• You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use the Winbox8 platform.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one registered account.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Winbox8 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Your account password must be kept secure and must not be shared with any third party.

Clause 3

Deposits and Payment Methods

Winbox8 supports a range of recognised and secure payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All deposit transactions are processed using up-to-date encryption technology to ensure the security of your financial information.

Deposit methods accepted by Winbox8 include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (online banking), Boost, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is RM10.

• Minimum deposit amount: RM10 per payment method.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name.
• Winbox8 reserves the right to decline or hold any deposit suspected of originating from an illegitimate source.
• Third-party bank accounts or e-wallets are not permitted for deposit purposes.
• Approved deposit transactions are final and cannot be reversed.

Clause 4

Withdrawals

Winbox8 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within the set timeframe. Withdrawals will be processed and credited to the user's account within 15 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the payment method and the time the request is made.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 per payment method.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
• Winbox8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving large withdrawals.
• If bonus wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus amount cannot be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests suspected of fraud will be held for further investigation.

Clause 5

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Winbox8 offers various promotions designed specifically for Malaysian users. Each bonus offer is subject to specific conditions that must be met before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

The Winbox8 welcome bonus gives a 200% match on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement applied is 10 times the bonus amount received. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM200, your account balance becomes RM300 and you need to complete wagering of RM200 × 10 = RM2,000 before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each promotion.
• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Winbox8 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if promotion abuse is suspected.
• Playing with two accounts to claim multiple bonuses is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• Winbox8 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.

The Winbox8 VIP Programme offers weekly cashback to members based on their membership tier, starting from Bronze level (up to 0.2% weekly cashback) up to the highest Diamond level (up to 1.2% weekly cashback). VIP tier upgrades depend on the user's activity and loyalty on the platform.

Clause 6

Prohibited Conduct and Platform Misuse

To ensure a fair and safe gaming environment for all users, Winbox8 sets strict guidelines on what behaviour is allowed and prohibited on the platform.

The following actions are strictly prohibited, including any attempt to carry them out:

• Registering more than one account using the same or different identities.
• Using automation software, bots or any third-party tools to play or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting any technical bug in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Uploading or sending any content that is threatening, abusive or unlawful.
• Using funds from illegal sources to make deposits on the platform.

Clause 7

Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting Winbox8 customer support. Any legitimate cash balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met and identity has been verified.

Winbox8 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration.
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

Users acknowledge and agree that:

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Winbox8 platform is registered and licensed. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform must first be resolved through Winbox8 customer support channels before any legal action is taken.

Winbox8 operates under international licensing and complies with all applicable regulatory requirements. Should any provision in these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions in this document are not affected and remain fully in force.
